Organizational Use Only

Relancy is not a consumer application and is intended for organizational use only.

3. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to use the platform responsibly and within authorized boundaries.

Users Must

Required conduct for all platform users:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the platform only for authorized organizational purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Follow organizational policies and applicable laws
  • Avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information

Users May Not

Prohibited activities on the platform:

  • Attempt to bypass security controls
  • Access data outside their role or domain
  • Use the platform for personal investigations
  • Upload malicious or harmful content
4. Data Ownership
Customers retain full ownership of all data entered into the platform.

Customer‑Owned Data

Relancy does not claim ownership of customer data. Customers retain full ownership of:

  • Incident data
  • Case data
  • Training content
  • Operational module data
  • Redacted artifacts
  • Audit trails
5. Platform Behavior & Limitations
Understanding what Relancy provides — and what it does not.

Relancy Provides

Built‑in platform capabilities:

  • Immutable version history
  • Domain‑specific privacy controls
  • AI‑assisted redaction
  • Pseudonym‑based identity protection
  • Director‑level escalation

Relancy Does Not

The platform is not a substitute for professional judgment:

  • Make legal determinations
  • Replace HR, ER, or Security judgment
  • Guarantee investigative outcomes
  • Provide legal advice
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Relancy is provided "as is" and "as available."

Relancy disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non‑infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error‑free operation

  • Relancy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Relancy's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months
