Early Access

Relancy Beta Program
Early Access for Working Investigators

The Relancy Beta Program gives qualified investigators and supervisors early access to the unified Relancy platform — including Relancy Probe, StoryCapture, and the FAC operational modules. Your feedback directly shapes the workflows, clarity, and operational polish that frontline teams rely on.

Beta opens June 1

What the Beta Is

The Beta is a pre‑release version of Relancy designed for real‑world evaluation by working investigators. You’ll be testing:

  • Case intake and narrative workflows
  • Tasking, scheduling, and recurrence logic
  • Scenario generation and training modules
  • Operational modules (Parking, TruckGate) as they come online
  • Governance, privacy, and escalation rules

Your input helps us refine the platform before general availability.

What to Expect

  • Active development — features may change, improve, or be temporarily unavailable.
  • Frequent updates — we’ll push fixes and improvements throughout the Beta.
  • Direct influence — your feedback goes straight into the product pipeline.
  • No cost — participation is free.
  • No compensation — this is a voluntary program.

Who Can Join

The Beta is open to:

  • Investigators
  • Security supervisors
  • HR/ER professionals
  • Compliance and audit personnel
  • Training coordinators

We review each signup to ensure the Beta remains focused on real investigative and operational use cases.

Confidentiality

All Beta features, screenshots, and workflows are confidential. Participants agree not to:

  • Share screenshots or videos
  • Post Beta content publicly
  • Demonstrate Beta features to non‑participants
  • Discuss unreleased functionality outside approved channels

This protects both your organization and the integrity of the Beta.

How Feedback Works

You’ll receive access to:

  • A built‑in feedback form inside the platform
  • A structured way to report issues, friction points, and workflow gaps
  • Occasional short surveys for targeted features

We prioritize clarity, reproducibility, and investigator‑level detail.

Leaving the Beta

You may leave the Beta at any time. When you do:

  • Your account will revert to the latest public release once available
  • Beta‑only features will be disabled
  • Your submitted feedback remains part of the improvement process
