³CIS is Relancy’s Counter-Chaos Continuous Intelligence System—built to help regulated organizations turn ambiguity into structured clarity, and clarity into controls and corrective action they can defend.
It does not replace your GRC library. It augments it. ³CIS sits beside platforms like ServiceNow or Archer: Domain Stewards define domains, run Clarity Surveys (forms or structured live chat), and accept controls into a canonical library; Proctors work only what has been cased; evidence, drift, and CAP lifecycle stay human-governed. AI suggests—people approve, modify, or reject.
From regulator findings and internal signals, ³CIS helps manufacture clarification requests, internal clarity packets, and corrective action plans—precise, scope-aligned, and evidence-ready—without the rewrites and accidental over-disclosure that usually follow chaos.
